High Pressure is set to return next week!
A band of heavy rain is expected to push across the country tonight, this will be followed by heavy showers with a chance of wintry showers and a risk of thunderstorms tomorrow.
Sunday another band of rain is expected before more showers.
Monday is set to be unsettled also but on Tuesday high pressure is set to push up from the South.
Dry weather is expected on Tuesday onwards with some good sunshine forecast also.
At the moment it appears that high pressure could settle around Ireland leaving mainly dry conditions for the rest of the week.
